There is a complete lack of patient confidentiality at the surgery. You are made to queue and then with other people right behind you, asked the reason for your visit; I really don’t mind discussing it with the Receptionists but I do mind the entire busy surgery listening. Please address this matter.

The care is always excellent - of course. The funding should be increased to NHS and GP surgery!!

The care I received yesterday was excellent. It was an appointment in a acupuncture only I received that. There was another health problem that I needed to speak to a doctor about. She listened and took it very seriously and arranged immediate investigates. She took note of all the issues consulted my records and also showed concern which I found supportive. She was not my usual doctor.

Easy to get an appointment on time although not always with your own doctor. Doctors give you their full attention and are caring for your condition.

It is always easy for me to book an appointment and to work around my work. The staff are always helpful.
